Kathy is Available for Presentations.Kathy has been a presenter at the KY State Fair every year since 2007 and will also be a speaker at:
6th Annual Bluegrass Green Expo October 24-25
The Bluegrass Green Expo is a trade show for green and sustainable products and includes workshops, a kids' expo, art, music, food, a model green streetscape called "Sustainability Street," cooking demos by great local chefs with fresh local food, and renewable energy exhibitors. The event is held in the Lexington Center in downtown Lexington. Visit www.bluegrassgreenworks.org to find out when Kathy will be presenting.

Harvest Tasting & Celebration-Sierra Club and Slow Food fundraiser - local chefs and farmers.Friday Night, November 6, 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., Rathskellar at the Seelbach Hotel.
Come sample the best sustainably farm raised food our region has to offer, prepared by chefs who care about the environment and family farms! Bluegrass music too!
At this event, Kathy will be paired with a Chef who will be preparing a dish using my Bourbon Red Turkeys and I will be there available for comment and information.
$35 per person-register separately for this event.

Registration cost for Saturday-- $40 includes meals, snacks, conference materials. All food will be locally and sustainably grown, antibiotic and hormone free.
